E type turntable, it’s easy for pallet jack to load the pallet onto the turntable.
Automatic cut and clamp film
X100a-MT automatic cut and clamp film system, eliminates the need for the operator to cut the film by hand. The cut &clamp film system will do it automatically.
Remote control system
X100a-MT pallet wrap machine, the operator just needs to put the pallet on the turntable and press remote control button, machine will wrap pallet automatically. During this time, the operator doesn’t need to get off the forklift truck and operate the machine by hand.
LCD touch operating system
SMART WASP pallet wrapping machine uses intelligent T touch screen. The reaction of the touch screen and function is perfect. The touch screen can set the “turntable speed, up & down speed and film carriage speed directly, and we also prepare for our customer 6 wrapping models for their pallet. Most of the customers have different pallets to wrap, so the different pallets need different wrapping speeds and wrapping force, the customer just needs to set the 6 model one time, then just choose the right model for their pallet, do not need to adjust the parameter each time any more.

1. What is the mast height of the machine?
X100a-MT pallet wrapping machine has a mast height of 2650mm and the max packing height is 2400mm. Should your pallet be over 2400mm, you need choose a mast height of 3400mm. The max packing height will then be 3200mm.
2. How to choose control system?
X100a-MT pallet wrapping machine all use Siemens control system. Top brand spare parts ensure a longer machine lifespan.
3. What is the turntable size?
The standard turntable size is 1650mm x 1800 mm.
4. What’s temperature can be used?
The standard machine needs > 0 degrees.
If <0 degrees, a special motor will be required.
5. What is the lowest height of pallet jack that needs to be lifted?
Needs to lift over 150mm.
6. What is the max weight that can be used?
Our standard pallet stretch wrapper max load weight is 800KG. Above 800KG, please choose X100 model or X1.
